Functional capacity assessments, ongoing therapy, rehabilitation
A Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA) is just a fancy term we use to say “hey- how do you do things in your life and what are you struggling with - let us help!”
Therapy/Rehabilitation intervention can include developing independence or help implementing your supports to enable
Functional Life Skills (money management)
Self-Care Skills (showering, dressing, falls prevention, pressure care)
Adjustment in big life transitions (leaving school to employment)
Telehealth services available if appropriate.
Equipment Prescription & Assistive Technology
Assistive Technology (AT) and equipment prescription are items that help you with activities in your life. They can be low cost (a non slip mat for showering, falls watch, minor bathroom fixtures) all the way to high cost (a recliner chair, adjustable beds).

We provide assessment, advice and planning for any difficulties and home modifications you may need. We have experience in both minor and complex home modifications

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) gets a bad rap in the office but we can provide fast, easy to understand and implement workstation assessments and recommendations to address injury, disability or health conditions in the workplace.
